Job Title: General Manager
Location:Â Kudenda, Kaduna

Reports To: Board of Directors/CEO
Job Summary
- The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the medical manufacturing company’s operations, including strategic planning, financial management, production, quality control, and personnel management.
Job Specification
- Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast production, and analyze financial data.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a diverse team.
- Thorough knowledge of cGMP, FDA, EMA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- 10 to 15 years of senior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field. Advanced degrees (MBA or related) are highly preferred.
- Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
