Student’s Recruitment Job Roles
As the holder of this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s marketing and student recruitment strategy. This includes providing guidance on undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment to staff across the organization and using market intelligence to inform portfolio development.

You will also be responsible for managing the gathering and use of data to inform the organization’s recruitment plan and reputation, and promoting the organization’s services to external interest groups by organizing recruitment events and representing the organization.
Some of your specific duties will include sourcing prospective students who want to study in the countries where the organization operates, advising and preparing students for visa interviews, representing the organization at external recruitment events, delivering presentations about partner universities and other aspects of higher education, planning and evaluating workshops, and maintaining and updating your professional knowledge in your area of expertise. You will also be responsible for selecting and training student ambassadors, mentors, and advocates, and for developing an ongoing training and development program for these individuals.
To qualify for this role, you should have 2-5 years of experience in student recruitment and a British Council training in student recruitment and understanding of student visa applications. This position offers a salary of N150,000 to N200,000 per month (depending on experience) and includes a company phone and laptop, as well as commission for meeting targets.
