To ensure the accuracy of the records, students are encouraged to cross-check their portal results with departmental records. This process is critical because it allows students to identify any discrepancies, such as missing grades or misreported scores, and to report them promptly. Errors can occur during data entry or processing, and timely reporting ensures they are corrected before official transcripts are issued.
Students must report complaints or corrections through their Heads of Department and forward them to the Office of the Registrar. Students must submit all complaints on or before Monday, 3rd November 2025. If they submit late, the administration may not entertain them, and students could face delays in receiving transcripts or registering for the next academic session. By following these guidelines, students contribute to maintaining the College’s high standard of academic integrity and accurate record-keeping.
