Ebonyi State University (EBSU), Abakaliki, invites qualified applicants for admission into the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) programme for the 2025/2026 academic session. This intensive one-year programme offers eligible candidates direct entry admission into 200 Level of any preferred course in EBSU, without sitting for JAMB UTME.

What is JUPEB?

JUPEB is a nationally accepted advanced-level programme approved by the Nigerian University Commission (NUC). Successful completion of the programme qualifies candidates for Direct Entry Admission into various undergraduate courses in EBSU and other partner universities across Nigeria.

Admission Requirements

To qualify for EBSU JUPEB 2025/2026, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of five (5) O’Level credits including English Language and Mathematics.

• Acceptable certificates include SSCE, WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB.

• All results must be obtained at not more than two sittings.

Programme Duration

• The JUPEB academic programme lasts one academic session (approximately 9–10 months of full-time study).

Follow the steps below to complete your application:

2. Select “Online Application”

3. Choose “JUPEB Application Form”

4. Enter your phone number

5. Click “Proceed to Generate Invoice”

6. Fill in your correct details and submit

7. Make a payment of ₦10,000 (non-refundable) at any commercial bank

8. Return to the portal to log in and complete your application

9. Upload your most recent passport photograph

10. Submit the form and print your acknowledgment slip
