On February 25, 2005, it was incorporated in Nigeria under the Federal Republic of Nigeria’s Company & Allied Matters Act, 1990. Nigerians own all of our company. At our state-of-the-art cable manufacturing facility, Agbara Industrial Estate, which is situated around two kilometers from the Badagry Expressway in Agbara, Ogun State, Nigeria, we began production in April 2006.
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills is necessary
- Ability to support office administration and maintain security
- Ability to operate office equipment and appliances
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist or in a similar position
- Age, 22 – 30 years
- Minimum of OND + a credit pass in English and Maths. Customer Service Training is an added advantage
Job Description
- The ideal candidate must be friendly, organized, and possess exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities, have strong telephone etiquette, and speak in a professional and courteous manner.
Core Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments and directing visitors to the right person
- Receive and sort all mail and packages
- Manage, organize and ensure the cleanliness of the office lounge / reception
- Answer and route phone calls when necessary
- Greet, welcome and manage customers/visitors
